剛性聯(lián)軸器是一種扭轉(zhuǎn)剛性的聯(lián)軸器，即使承受負(fù)載時(shí)也無(wú)任何回轉(zhuǎn)間隙，即便是有偏差產(chǎn)生負(fù)荷時(shí)，剛性聯(lián)軸器還是剛性傳遞扭矩。剛性聯(lián)軸器分為凸緣聯(lián)軸器、套筒聯(lián)軸器、夾殼聯(lián)軸器和平行軸聯(lián)軸器。剛性聯(lián)軸器是由剛性傳力件構(gòu)成，各聯(lián)接件之間不能相對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)，因此不具備補(bǔ)償兩軸線相對(duì)偏移的能力，只適用于被聯(lián)接兩軸在安裝時(shí)能嚴(yán)格對(duì)中，工作時(shí)不產(chǎn)生兩軸相對(duì)偏移的場(chǎng)合，凸緣聯(lián)軸器無(wú)彈性元件，不具備減振和緩沖功能，一般只適宜用于載荷平穩(wěn)并無(wú)沖擊振動(dòng)的工況條件。

A rigid coupling is a type of torsional rigid coupling that has no rotational clearance even when subjected to load. A rigid coupling is composed of rigid force transmitting components, and the connecting components cannot move relative to each other. Therefore, it does not have the ability to compensate for the relative displacement of the two axes, and is only suitable for situations where the two axes connected can be strictly aligned during installation and there is no relative displacement of the two axes during operation. The flange coupling does not have elastic elements and does not have vibration reduction and buffering functions. It is generally only suitable for working conditions with stable loads and no impact vibration.
