萬向聯(lián)軸器采用十字軸承聯(lián)接兩端聯(lián)接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯(lián)接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載能力高，傳動效率優(yōu)異，在現(xiàn)代工業(yè)領域被廣泛采用。

SWP十字萬向聯(lián)軸器采用剖分式叉頭布局，與SWC十字萬向聯(lián)軸器使用的場合相近，主要運用在重載大型裝備領域，回轉(zhuǎn)直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯(lián)軸器采用整體式叉頭布局，主要用于軋鋼機械，起重運輸機械等其他重型裝備領域，回轉(zhuǎn)直徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可達30m以上，是運用相當廣泛的萬向聯(lián)軸器。

萬向節(jié)聯(lián)軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯(lián)軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯(lián)軸器聯(lián)接的機泵在安裝過程中都不可避免地要進行同軸度的調(diào)整，使對輪既同心又平行，否則將影響機泵使用效率或造成設備運行事故。

扭力限制器又名扭矩限制器、力矩限制器、BMOOM限制器等，其價格便宜、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、方便拆裝維護、過載后反應速度快、設定扭矩精確度高、使用壽命更長，配一個微型開關(guān)過載后能輸出電信號以方便報警或自動停掉電機。扭力聯(lián)軸器廣泛應用于電子裝備行業(yè)、自動化生產(chǎn)線、輸送機行業(yè)等。

扭矩聯(lián)軸器是聯(lián)接主動機與工作機的一種部件，主要功能為過載保護，力矩聯(lián)軸器是當超載或機械故障而導致所需扭矩超過設定值時，它以打滑形式限制傳動系統(tǒng)所傳動的扭力，打滑的同時也能一個信號輸出停掉電機和減速機，當過載情形消失后自行恢復聯(lián)結(jié)。

扭矩安全聯(lián)軸器螺帽或螺栓調(diào)整彈簧力，預設其滑動扭矩。按工作原理可分為摩擦式扭矩限制器和鋼球式扭矩限制器(滾珠式扭矩限制器)，安全離合器應用范圍:電子裝備行業(yè)、自動化生產(chǎn)線、輸送機行業(yè)等。
