鼓型齒式聯(lián)軸器是一種特別設(shè)計的先進(jìn)齒式聯(lián)軸器，其外齒制成球面，球面的中心在齒輪的軸線上，齒側(cè)的間隙比一般產(chǎn)品稍大，鼓形齒聯(lián)軸器可以傳遞較大的扭矩和允許較大的角位移，性能優(yōu)異且壽命更加長久。

As the gear type flexible coupling, it can be applied into various general drive sites. Due to the special hook face drum gear design, in the definitive deviation scope, it can effectively avoid the edge stress concentration at tooth meshing, so it has outstanding radial and angular centering capacity. Moreover, it can ensure long service life. ROD series drum gear coupling is one of Rokee’s core technical products. 萬向聯(lián)軸器采用十字軸承聯(lián)接兩端聯(lián)接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補(bǔ)償可達(dá)25?以上，采用花鍵聯(lián)接可以大距離地補(bǔ)償軸向位移。萬向軸承載能力高，傳動效率優(yōu)異，在現(xiàn)代工業(yè)領(lǐng)域被廣泛采用。

SWP十字萬向聯(lián)軸器采用剖分式叉頭布局，與SWC十字萬向聯(lián)軸器使用的場合相近，主要運(yùn)用在重載大型裝備領(lǐng)域，回轉(zhuǎn)直徑可達(dá)1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯(lián)軸器采用整體式叉頭布局，主要用于軋鋼機(jī)械，起重運(yùn)輸機(jī)械等其他重型裝備領(lǐng)域，回轉(zhuǎn)直徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可達(dá)30m以上，是運(yùn)用相當(dāng)廣泛的萬向聯(lián)軸器。

萬向節(jié)聯(lián)軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應(yīng)在十字軸萬向聯(lián)軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進(jìn)行。十字軸式萬向聯(lián)軸器聯(lián)接的機(jī)泵在安裝過程中都不可避免地要進(jìn)行同軸度的調(diào)整，使對輪既同心又平行，否則將影響機(jī)泵使用效率或造成設(shè)備運(yùn)行事故。

靠背輪聯(lián)軸器用來將不同機(jī)構(gòu)中的主動軸和從動軸牢固地聯(lián)接起來一同旋轉(zhuǎn)，并傳遞運(yùn)動和扭矩的機(jī)械部件。有時也用以聯(lián)接軸與其他零件（如齒輪、帶輪等）。

靠背輪常由兩半合成，分別用鍵或緊配合等聯(lián)接，緊固在兩軸端，再通過某種方式將兩半聯(lián)接起來。

靠背輪聯(lián)軸器可兼有補(bǔ)償兩軸之間由于制造安裝不精確、工作時的變形或熱膨脹等原因所發(fā)生的偏移（包括軸向偏移、徑向偏移、角偏移或綜合偏移）；以及緩和沖擊、吸振。
